For the transverse gearbox, the limited width of the engine compartment is a thorny problem, which requires the gearbox to be designed as small as possible. The transmission ratio of Shengrui 8AT ranges from 4. 17: 1 in the first gear to 0.64: 1 in the eighth gear, and the speed ratio reaches 6.5. Shengrui 8AT can match from 1.6L turbocharged engine to 3.0L naturally aspirated engine, which is suitable for mid-to high-end cars.
