How to add or remove functional components of windows7 system?

1. Double-click "Computer" on the desktop with the left mouse button-> Open Control Panel-> Double-click "Programs", and then click "Turn Windows functions on or off";

2. If the prompt "User Account Control" pops up on the screen, select "Yes";
