Sometimes when we are consulting, we may get stuck there, or visitors will stop and feel that there is no way to talk any more. Think about my own experience and experience. The possible situations are as follows:

1, the relationship between consultation and interview has not been established. Every visitor comes to the consulting room, facing a strange consultant, it takes a process and time to fully trust and open it. If the consultant rashly asks the visitors to sort out, solve and change, it will often arouse the resentment of the visitors, thus undermining the relationship between the consultant and the visitors.

The emotion of visitors is invisible and incomprehensible. As a novice consultant, he often pays close attention to the puzzles and problems brought by visitors and is eager to help him solve them. This often makes us ignore the person in front of us, his inner emotions, feelings and experiences, and when these are not seen by us, it is difficult for us to go down and guide him, because pulling and pushing are ineffective, but it will make his emotions stuck there particularly uncomfortable and even stop.

The real needs of tourists are not understood. We seem to be the problems that visitors talk about, but there are often unmet needs behind the problems. If you don't see all this and just revolve around the problem, you may not be able to talk properly. Because he often tells his own problems repeatedly, trying to attract the attention and understanding of the consultant.

4. The problems and puzzles that visitors talk about are exactly the problems that consultants need to face and grow up. At this time, the counselor will be very weak, because his problems are also urgently needed to be solved, so it is inevitable that he will lose stability when accompanying the visitors, and he will be eager to guide or find a solution, which will also make the visitors feel uncomfortable and speechless.

5. In the process of consultation, the consultant's evaluation and quality will make visitors feel uncomfortable, because visitors feel denied and accused, which will often destroy the consultation-visit relationship and make consultation impossible.

There may be many other cases where consultation is stuck, but focusing on "problems" and "crux" is also a good opportunity for us to grow up and a turning point for us to break through the predicament and move towards another higher platform! !
