The website was launched on March 29th, 20 1 1 by The Politburo Standing Committee (PSC) of the CPC, Yu, former chairman of the 12th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, former member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and Liu Yandong, vice premier of the State Council. Under the guidance of the College Students Department of the Ministry of Education, the National College Students Information Consultation and Employment Guidance Center is responsible for the specific operation of the website. The website is dedicated to building a service platform for college students' entrepreneurship with five functions: Internet competition support, entrepreneurship project docking, entrepreneurship training and practical training, typical policy propaganda and entrepreneurship professional consultation.
