Ways and procedures of on-site qualification certification:
1. Field treatment:
(1) Prepare certification materials;
(2) Submit the certification materials and confirm them on site;
(3) fill in the application form for academic qualification certification;
(4) Submit the completed certification application form and related certification materials to the staff, who will fill in the letter of commitment;
(5) Pay the bill to the print window with the contractor;
(6) Return the letter of commitment to the education certification window; (If the certification results need to be mailed, please give the postage to the office staff at the academic certification window and check whether the return address and contact number on the application form are clearly filled in. )
(7) Obtain the authentication result. You can pick it up at the authentication window or mail it by the center with the invoice and the applicant's ID card.

Certification progress query and result collection method:
1. Generally, the certification work is completed within 20 working days after the application is formally accepted (except holidays and weekends).
2. If the certification is not completed within 20 working days, the application for extension or cancellation will be processed according to the applicant's choice. Applicants need to choose the overdue processing method in the Application Form for Higher Education Certification in China. If they don't choose, they will be regarded as choosing to postpone the processing. If the certification has not been completed for more than 50 working days, the reasons for stopping the application will be informed and the fees paid by the applicant will be refunded.
3. If the application materials cannot be certified under special circumstances, the applicant will be informed and the paid fees will be refunded.
4. If the materials (information) provided by the applicant are incomplete, inaccurate or untrue, and the certification cannot be completed on time, the application fee will not be refunded.
5. Due to the influence of the winter and summer vacations of relevant schools, the review of some academic certification applications during the holidays cannot be carried out normally, and it is difficult to complete the certification work within normal working days. Applicants are advised to apply for certification in advance to avoid the impact of holidays.
The certification result can be collected by me (invoice and ID card are required) or mailed by the center.
