The duties of the training specialist are as follows:

Responsibilities:

1, responsible for the investigation and analysis of employees' training needs, and formulate training plans and organize their implementation in combination with the actual situation of enterprises.

2. During the training, prepare for the training according to the training course.

3, responsible for the development and teaching of internal training courses, and investigate the training effect.

4. Be responsible for the update of new employee induction training materials, training course teaching, training evaluation, achievement announcement and record management.

5. Responsible for assisting in arranging external training matters and process follow-up.

6. Responsible for the management and tracking of on-the-job training.

7. Responsible for effective management, introduction and utilization of internal and external resources related to training.

Requirements:

1, college degree or above, major in human resources and enterprise management is preferred.

2. More than two years working experience in related industries is preferred.

3. Skillful use of office software, with certain communication, coordination and problem-solving skills, good interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit, and good writing skills.

Qualifications:

At least 1 and 1 years working experience in human resources recruitment and training, especially in human resources related positions in large and medium-sized (500+) manufacturing enterprises.

2. Have systematic business experience in recruitment/training and professional knowledge in related fields.

3. Strong sense of responsibility/execution, proficient in operating office software.
