Veterans affairs departments, financial departments and military service organs at all levels should strengthen information communication, closely coordinate and cooperate, form a joint effort to implement various requirements.
The provincial veterans affairs department shall, jointly with the financial department and the military service organ, organize annual verification to ensure the implementation of the policy.
Legal basis: Article 3 of the Measures for Social Co-ordination of Preferential Payment in Jiangxi Province shall be shared by state organs, enterprises and institutions, social organizations, private enterprises, individual industrial and commercial households and urban and rural residents within the administrative area of this province, and social co-ordination shall be implemented by counties (cities, districts). The preferential payments borne by farmers never exceed 5% of the per capita net income of farmers in the previous year, and are charged to the village and township overall planning fees.
