Demolition planning of Wuhan labor village

Wuhan urban master plan

The basic idea of planning

1. Based on the study of regional urbanization development trend and the evaluation of land resources and environmental capacity in Wuhan, scientifically predict the scale of urban development and rationally distribute urban population.

2. Based on the adaptability analysis of Wuhan's urban ecology, transportation and land use, adjust the urban regional functional structure, optimize the spatial layout of Hankou, Hanyang and Wuchang, and promote the balanced and coordinated development of the three towns.

3. On the basis of comparative study of similar cities at home and abroad, highlight the requirements of advanced nature and adaptability, and reasonably determine modern urban land use and various construction standards as the basis for formulating various special plans.

Planning scope

The overall planning scope is divided into three levels: municipal district, main city and main city. The scope of urban planning is the administrative area of Wuhan, with an area of 8467 square kilometers; The urban planning scope includes the main urban area, seven peripheral key towns and the agricultural and ecological land between them, covering an area of 2,256 square kilometers; The planning scope of the main urban area is mainly within the Third Ring Road, with an area of about 850 square kilometers (for the specific division of the planning scope, see the fourth part of Basic Data Compilation of Master Plan).

Wuhan urban planning area takes the planned outer ring highway as the basic boundary, and combines natural topography and administrative divisions, with Taojia Great Lake to gedian line in the east, Luohan Mountain to Chijishan line in the south, Yong 'an to Liji line in the west, Tianhe to shekou line in the north, including scenic spots such as Longquan Mountain, Suohe River, Daoguan River and Mulan Mountain, Xinzhou Railway Station, Jinkou and Dazui reserved port areas, and Xinzhou Chengguan and Xingou Town.

Urban natural orientation

Wuhan is the capital of Hubei Province, an important central city in central China, an important industrial base and a transportation and communication hub in China.

Urban development goals

The overall goal of urban development is to build Wuhan into a modern city with strong economic strength, developed science and education, complete service system, reasonable urban layout, perfect infrastructure, good ecological environment, highly civilized society and characteristics of riverside and lakeside cities.

Urban system planning in urban areas

Urban system planning should rationally distribute urban population and productivity, and improve the urban system structure and layout; Protect cultivated land, attach importance to the construction of vegetable base and promote agricultural development; Using natural landscape conditions, we will build an urban landscape tourism system and realize the optimal allocation of urban spatial resources.

The basic principles of urban system planning are: strictly control the population size of the main urban area and appropriately expand the land use scope of the main urban area; Actively promote the development of small towns, strengthen the construction of a number of key towns, and form a multi-level and reticulated urban system with the main urban area as the core, the urban area as the main body, the district towns, central towns and general towns as the basis, and radiating to the vast rural market towns and residential areas.

Urban regional planning

The implementation of Wuhan's industrial structure adjustment and strategic transfer of industrial layout will improve the quality of urban ecological environment and alleviate a series of problems caused by overpopulation in the main city. During the planning period, an urban development pattern with compact development of the main urban area, unique features of key towns, convenient transportation links, interspersed landscapes and green spaces, ecological balance and integration of urban and rural areas will be gradually formed.

The main urban area should pay attention to the connotation development and extend it appropriately. Seven key towns, such as Yangluo, Beihu, Songjiagang, Caidian, Changfu, Zhifang and Jinkou, are the focus of urban construction. Through the construction and layout of national highway trunk lines, railways, ports and other large-scale projects, the population, industry and a number of major projects will gather in it, and key towns will form a scale.

city planning

Wuhan has the characteristics of a coastal city. Due to the barrier between the Yangtze River and Hanshui River, the main city has formed a relatively independent urban pattern of Hankou, Hanyang and Wuchang. Using natural conditions such as rivers, lakes and mountains to separate, two core areas, namely, Jiangbei and Jiangnan, are planned, with the periphery of the core area 10 central area, and the edge of the main city 10 comprehensive group, core area and central area.

The core area of planning should focus on the functions of modern international cities and central cities in central China, and focus on the land for the tertiary industry, which is mainly composed of commerce, finance, trade, office and information consulting services. The planning scope of Jiangbei (Hankou) core area is Dadi Road and Lanling Road in the east, Yangtze River and Hanshui River in the south, Vu Thang Road in the west and Jinghan Avenue in the north, with an area of 6.35 square kilometers. The planning scope of Jiangnan (Wuchang) core area is Wuqing No.3 trunk road in the east, Zhongshan Road in the south, the Yangtze River in the west and the planned Wuche Road Crossing River Tunnel in the north, with an area of 3.50 square kilometers.

Each central area focuses on the layout of administrative, cultural, entertainment, sports, commercial and other public facilities and residential land.

Each comprehensive group focuses on the layout of large and medium-sized industrial zones, residential areas, large-scale external transportation facilities, municipal commercial sub-centers, educational and scientific research facilities, Expo centers, sports centers and national and regional large-scale market land.
