The NCRE exam * * * has four grades:

Level 4: assess the basic knowledge of computer specialty and the basic skills of analysis, design and implementation of computer application projects.
The NCRE exam is held twice a year, with the first, second and third grades in the first half of the year and the first, second, third and fourth grades in the second half.
The certificate of passing the national computer grade examination is printed with the holder's ID number. Since 1994, the number of NCRE candidates has increased year by year. It is conservatively estimated that the cumulative number of candidates has exceeded150,000, and the number of applicants has exceeded 5 million.
Computer application technology examination
The National Computer Application Technology Certificate Examination (NIT) is sponsored by the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education and undertaken by provincial examination institutions and systems. It draws lessons from the successful experience of Cambridge Information Technology (CIT) examination organized by Cambridge University Examinations Committee. NIT adopts systematic design, modular structure, personalized teaching, standardized examination and international standards to meet the needs of employers in hiring cadres, job title evaluation, job promotion and on-the-job training, which is suitable for the needs of on-the-job training of personnel in various industries and provides scientific, objective, unified and fair standards for employers.
Introduction to Computer Technology and Software Examination
NIT has the following characteristics:
(1) system design. Taking the essence of constructivist learning theory as the guiding ideology, taking the task-driven principle as the teaching mode, the ability assessment is conducted by means of guidance and evaluation, focusing on cultivating students' practical application skills and examining students' independent operation and problem-solving ability.
(2) Modular structure. According to the characteristics of the development of computer technology and the actual needs of learners in the application field, we should keep up with the development of computer technology in training courses, fully reflect the needs of students in the teaching process, emphasize application and skills, provide an objective, unified and standardized standard for employers, and meet the computer training needs of talents in various industries.
(3) Individualized teaching. The curriculum of each module is flexible and diverse, which is closely combined with the post. It not only pays attention to cultivating students' independent operation ability, but also emphasizes cultivating students' innovative spirit and practical ability, which is convenient for students to choose relevant modules according to the nature of work, and employers can also choose the knowledge combination of required talents according to the nature of work.

Computer Technology and Software Examination
The computer technology and software technology qualification examination is organized by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Information Industry. The number of candidates has reached one million. Originally designed for software professionals, it was piloted in 1988, and it was generally launched nationwide from 1990. Before 2003, examinations were divided into qualification examinations and proficiency examinations. Applicants for the qualification examination must be software technicians, who have requirements for academic qualifications and working years. There is no entry restriction for the proficiency test, which is open to the society.

According to the regulations of the Ministry of Personnel, the series will no longer organize professional title evaluation: technicians or assistant engineers can only be employed after they have obtained the primary qualification through examination; You can hire engineers to obtain intermediate qualifications; Obtain senior qualification and be employed as a senior engineer.
Computer professional technical qualification (level) examination is divided into five professional categories: computer software, network, application technology, information system and information service, and each professional category is divided into high, medium and primary. According to the spirit of the document "Notice on Doing a Good Job in the 2008 National First-class and Second-class Certified Architects Qualification Examination" (J.J. [2008] 1No.) issued by the National Management Committee of Certified Architects, combined with the actual situation in Beijing, we hereby notify the relevant issues of the 2008 National First-class and Second-class Certified Architects Qualification Examination as follows:
I. Registration conditions
Personnel engaged in housing architectural design and related business in Beijing enterprises, institutions and the army who meet the prescribed registration conditions can sign up for the national first-and second-class registered architect qualification examination.
(a) the first registration to participate in the first-class registered architect qualification examination personnel shall meet the following conditions:
1, major, education, working hours requirements:
(1) Graduates with degrees or academic qualifications listed in Annex 1 of this article shall follow the requirements of this form;
(2) The applicant does not have the education specified in Annex 1 of this article, and should have been engaged in engineering design for a total of 15 years, and meet one of the following conditions:
(1) As the project leader or professional leader, complete the whole process design of four civil building design projects with Grade III and above, including at least 1 projects with Grade II and above.
(2) As the project leader or professional leader, in other types of architectural design, he has completed four whole-process designs for medium-sized and above projects, including at least 1 for large-scale projects or special construction projects.
Note: For the division of "civil architectural design" and "other types of architectural design", please refer to the division of engineering grades in the Notice of the State Price Bureau and the Ministry of Construction on Issuing the Charge Standard for Engineering Survey and Design ([1992] No.375) and the Charge Standard for Engineering Design (1992 revision).
2, professional practice requirements:
According to the professional practice standard of first-class registered architects, the applicant should complete the professional practice training of not less than 700 units. After all subjects pass the examination, the applicant must provide the first-class registered architect's practice registration manual of the year when he first applied for the qualification certificate for examination.
(two) the candidates for the first examination of the qualification of two registered architects must meet one of the following conditions:
1, major, education and working hours shall be implemented according to the requirements in Annex 2 of this article;
2. Having the professional titles of assistant architect and assistant engineer or above, and engaged in architectural design or related business for more than 3 years (including 3 years), you can apply for the exam;
3. The applicant does not have the academic qualifications specified in Annex 2 of this article, and should have been engaged in engineering design for a total of 13 years, and meet one of the following conditions:
(1) As the project leader or professional leader, he has completed the whole process design of four civil architectural design projects with Grade IV and above, including at least 1 projects with Grade III and above.
(2) As the project leader or professional leader, complete the whole process design of four other types of small and above architectural design projects, including at least 1 medium-sized projects.
(3) Hong Kong and Macao residents who meet the registration requirements may apply for participating in the national first-class and second-class registered architect qualification examinations in accordance with the relevant requirements of the Notice of the Ministry of Personnel on Doing a Good Job of Hong Kong and Macao Residents Participating in the Qualification Examination for Professional and Technical Personnel held in the Mainland (No.9 [2005] of the People's Republic of China). When Hong Kong and Macao residents pass all subject examinations and receive qualification certificates, they must provide their own identity certificates, corresponding professional qualifications or degree certificates recognized by the education administrative department of the State Council, and proof of working experience of corresponding professional institutions. Applicants for the first-class registered architect qualification examination must also provide the first-class registered architect professional practice registration manual.
(4) Residents of Taiwan Province Province who meet the registration requirements may apply to participate in the national first-class and second-class certified architect qualification examinations in accordance with the relevant requirements of the Notice of the National Administration Committee of Certified Architects on Relevant Issues Concerning the Participation of Residents of Taiwan Province Province in the National Certified Architect Qualification Examination (Note [2007] No.2). The registration conditions are as follows:
1. Registration for the first-class registered architect qualification examination must meet the following conditions:
(1) Five-year architecture bachelor degree or five-year architecture bachelor degree or above recognized by the Ministry of Education.

2. To register for the qualification examination of two-level registered architects, the following conditions shall be met:

Third, examination results and certificate management
According to the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Personnel and the General Office of the Ministry of Construction on Relevant Issues Concerning the Management of Examination Results of Registered Architects (No.3/KLOC-0 [2008] of the People's Republic of China), the measures for the management of examination results are as follows:
(a) the validity period of the first-class registered architect qualification examination results is adjusted from the original five years to eight years. From 2004 to 2007, the validity period of examination results in all subjects was extended to 8 examination years respectively.
The validity period of the second-level registered architect qualification examination results is adjusted from 2 years to 4 years. In 2007, the validity of examination results in all subjects was extended to four examination years.
(two) since 2008, those who meet the registration requirements for the first-class registered architect qualification examination can obtain the first-class registered architect qualification certificate only after they have participated in all subjects of this level for eight consecutive examination years and passed the examination; Those who meet the registration requirements for the qualification examination of the second-level registered architect can only obtain the qualification certificate of the second-level registered architect after taking all the subject examinations at this level and passing the examination for four consecutive years.
Fourth, the registration method
Online registration, online photo uploading and online payment are all used in this exam. Applicants should hold online payment cards from China Merchants Bank, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China or China Construction Bank.
(1) Applicants (except Taiwan Province residents) are requested to refer to the prescribed registration conditions to determine whether they meet the requirements. Persons who meet the registration requirements shall be subject to the examination and approval of their units before they can operate according to the following procedures:
1. Applicants must log on to the Beijing Personnel Examination Network (website: www.bjpta.gov.cn, the same below) from March 12 to March 24, 2008, and fill in and submit the Registration Form for the National First-class and Second-class Registered Architects Examination (hereinafter referred to as "National First-class and Second-class Registered Architects Examination") according to the procedures and requirements specified in the online registration system.
2. Upload a recent 2-inch (34mm×45mm) bareheaded photo of myself as required;
3. Pay the registration fee directly through the online payment card of China Merchants Bank, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China or China Construction Bank, and complete all registration procedures only after confirming the successful payment of the registration fee.
4. Those who pass the examination must hold the certificate (original) that meets the relevant registration conditions for qualification review, and those who pass the review can obtain the corresponding qualification certificate. Those who do not meet the registration conditions will have invalid examination results.
(two) Taiwan Province residents must apply according to the following procedures:
1. Applicants must log in to Beijing Personnel Examination Network from March 12 to March 20, 2008 to fill in and submit the application form;
2. Upload a recent 2-inch (34mm×45mm) bareheaded photo of myself as required;
3. Print the declaration form on A4 paper, and paste my recent two-inch (34mm×45mm) bareheaded photo in the specified position. The "Declaration Form" is sealed by the personnel (cadre) department of my unit;
4. From March 65438 to March 20, 2008, I went to the Beijing Personnel Testing Center (Building 3, Lianhuayuan, Haidian District) for qualification examination with the application form and the architectural degree certificate recognized by mainland travel permit for taiwan residents and the Ministry of Education (all the above documents are original). To apply for the first-class registered architect qualification examination, you must also submit the "First-class Registered Architect Practice Registration Manual".
5. Applicants who have passed the qualification examination must log on to the Beijing Personnel Examination Network before March 24, 2008, pay the registration fee online, and complete all the registration procedures after confirming the successful registration fee.
(3) Applicants who have successfully gone through the registration and payment procedures must log on to the Beijing Personnel Examination Network from May 6 to 8, 2008 to download and print the admission ticket, and take the examination at the specified time and place with the original admission ticket and my identity certificate (ID card, motor vehicle driver's license, military officer's card and passport).
