PPMU (Pharmaceutical Project Management Alliance), the pharmaceutical project management alliance, is the first national alliance organization in China that focuses on project management in the pharmaceutical industry.
PPMU was founded on 20 19, and was jointly sponsored by PPMP Alumni Association (a joint organization initiated by PPMP C certificate owners) and a number of well-known pharmaceutical companies, R&D institutions, pharmaceutical equipment enterprises and pharmaceutical design institutes, aiming at rallying members' strength, building a platform for project management in the pharmaceutical industry, integrating project resources in the industry, linking professionals, improving industry management efficiency, reducing management costs, pursuing excellence and promoting the modernization of project management in the pharmaceutical industry.
The first sponsors of PPMU include Tasly, Xinlitai Pharmaceutical, Beijing Saisheng Pharmaceutical, Harbin Sanlian Pharmaceutical, Nanfang Pharmaceutical, Raffles Pharmaceutical, Tianjin Modern Innovative Chinese Medicine Technology, Heilongjiang Medical Design Institute, etc.
Headquartered in Shenzhen, PPMU has branches all over the country, forming a pyramid-shaped organizational development structure composed of PPMP Alumni Association regional groups, enterprise members and individuals, with management centers for education and training, publishing and distribution, member management and project development, and plans to set up special committees and project management expert committees.
PPMU actively promotes the popularization and application of project management in the medical field, and helps enterprises in need to promote project management for all staff. Through the sharing of knowledge and experience, the exchange of information resources, joint development and cooperation among alliance units, PPMU is applied to the pharmaceutical industry through project management practice, thus helping to improve the comprehensive management level of pharmaceutical enterprises.
PPMU is a membership system, which is divided into enterprise members and individual members. According to the needs of development, the alliance holds various activities, and member units participate free of charge or at a discount. These parts are as follows:
