Children who talk back to the teacher in class are not necessarily really bad children, but their study habits or behavior habits have deviated, which is certain. Teachers need to master some knowledge of coping.
Next, I will analyze it for you.
I am a middle school teacher, and the children I meet who love to talk back are:
1, bravado in front of classmates, want to show off; 2. In the process of communicating with teachers, there is a gap; 3, studying in learned helplessness, in order not to study, deliberately find fault in the classroom, the purpose is to let the teacher kick him out of the classroom. 4, the personality is irritable and irritable, and it burns at all. From the above, children are not really bad children if they just talk back to the teacher in class. But if the child talks back, it is really easy for the teacher to judge that he is a bad boy. This is especially true when teachers are angry when they are talked back in class.
In the face of children talking back in class, I think teachers should consider the following points:
1, the first case. In the first case, students want to show off in class. This is a typical "classroom clown" performance, we can use the following steps to deal with it:
A, stop the class content, let the scene cool for a while, or use "eyes to kill" to make students realize your dissatisfaction; B, the scene is under control, and the teacher continues the class, as if you didn't find the situation just now. But after class, remind the students separately and tell them your dissatisfaction; C. If eye contact is useless, you can walk slowly to him and remind him softly or with gestures; D, praise the good behavior around him and let him know what kind of behavior is right and what kind of behavior is wrong. To deal with such a student, the most important thing for a teacher is to make his behavior get no attention from others, make him feel that such behavior is meaningless, and the teacher doesn't care at all. Naturally, there will be less in the future.
Don't talk back to the child, the teacher will rhyme with him and answer him in class. As a result, your seriousness will make him more excited, thus strengthening this behavior.
2. Deal with the second situation. In the second case, there is a direct gap between students and teachers. Then, the teacher needs to reflect on his previous behavior first, and whether there is anything that makes the students dissatisfied. If you do, and you really did something wrong, you can communicate with the students in private. As long as teachers are willing to bow their heads and admit their mistakes first, as students, most of them will readily accept your apology. As long as the gap between you is eliminated, students will naturally stop targeting you in class.
3. Deal with the third situation.
In the third case, the student learns helplessness and just wants the teacher to kick him out of the classroom. This situation is often due to the kindness of teachers, who still don't give up on hopeless students, don't know how to implement hierarchical education in the class, and always ask top students for their homework requirements or study intensity. If they can't do it, they are often used as examples by teachers. To tell the truth, these students are also very poor. They can't find the fun and reason to live in school, so they want to be kicked out of school early. However, you need a reason to be expelled from school. The easiest reason for them to find is to make trouble in class, be rejected by the teacher, and then be thrown out fair and square. This is actually the main reason why these people deliberately talk back to their teachers in class. There are many such students in some rural junior high schools.
For these students, in fact, I have been emphasizing that the best way is:
A, teachers should have a correct concept of education-not all students can go to Tsinghua Peking University. Excellent students should be trained in the compulsory education stage, and those who are not excellent should also be given reasons to live in the school. So, what reason can make them live happily at school? Tell them that a person's Excellence in other aspects is equally important besides learning, such as excellent sports, excellent art, excellent singing, excellent craftsmanship, excellent labor, and so on. Every kind of Excellence deserves praise. In education, we should know how to set up "special education areas" for these children. The so-called "education special zone" is actually stratified education. Let students of different levels do different things. It seems that the teacher spends more energy on assigning tasks. However, we criticize them because they can't receive their homework, and punish them for not doing their homework satisfactorily, which will reduce our energy. Moreover, recognizing that some students' "learning ability" is low at present can provide sufficient space for us to praise them in the future. For example, some students, you admit that your ability can only get 20 points, which is not insulting him, this is reality. Only by acknowledging this reality, his score is 2 1, can you praise him. As a result, he is happy and you are happy. But if you look at him with the standard of 60 points, in your eyes, 20 points is no different from 2 1 point, and you should despise him if you despise him. As a result, you see him ugly, and he sees you ugly. 4. Deal with the fourth situation. If it is the fourth case, students are irritable and irritable, which is beyond our teacher's ability to solve. I have met such students, which really gives the teacher a headache.
When meeting this kind of students, teachers must have a good temper and know how to "control anger rationally", which is very important. When the students' emotions are out of control, you should respond immediately, then control the students first and move to a place where there are few people to calm him down.
If you can't do this, you need to ask a third party for help. For example, if the school knows the students' situation in advance, it is necessary to say hello to a teacher (such as the teacher of the Political and Educational Affairs Office of the school). As soon as it hears that there are contradictions between students and teachers, it should discourage them and let them calm down.
Under normal circumstances, such students are not easy to communicate in anger, but they can communicate when they calm down.
Of course, for such students, our school can only do this. If parents pay more attention to it, it will be more effective to take this child to more professional psychological counseling.
To sum up my point: if students only talk back in class, strictly speaking, they are not necessarily so-called bad boys.
Especially from my analysis of the above four situations, we can see that in fact, every situation has certain countermeasures. Many problems can be alleviated or solved if teachers can seriously understand and pay attention to them in their usual educational practice.
Of course, these are just my personal views, and there must be some immature places. Everyone is welcome to criticize and correct me.
