How to write the business standard of the project cost, and what is the quota?

There is no so-called "commercial bid of project cost", it should be the commercial bid of bidding documents.

The commercial bid is based on the bill of quantities provided by the tenderee (if there is no bill, the bill of quantities will be calculated by itself according to the construction drawings provided by the tenderee), referring to the local budget quota of the construction project, cost information and other relevant compilation basis materials (if there is any special agreement in the tender documents), applying the corresponding quota with the pricing software, and finally forming the tender offer.

The response to the tender documents, if not specified, shall include the following contents:

Several copies of the tender, several originals and several copies.

Commercial part of bidding documents:

(1) Identification of the legal representative

(2) Power of Attorney of Legal Person (original)

(3) Letter of Bid

(4) Appendix to Tender Letter

(5) Copy of deposit certificate of bid bond

(6) Commitments and supplementary opinions on the bidding documents and contract terms.

(7) Bill of Quantities Valuation Table

(8) Description of tender offer

(9) Quotation list (also called tender list)

(10) Electronic version of bidding documents (U disk or CD)

(1 1) business license, qualification certificate, safety production license, etc.

The following documents and materials shall be attached to the contents stated by the Ministry of Commerce in the tender documents (copies are not indicated):

(1) Enterprise business license, enterprise qualification grade certificate, production safety certification materials and safety qualification certificate issued by the local construction safety management department;

Technical part (technical bid)

The technical part mainly includes the following contents.

1, construction deployment;

2, the construction site layout;

3. Construction scheme;

4, construction technical standards;

5, construction organization and construction schedule (including the division of construction period, the main process and labor arrangement, as well as the construction management organization or project intends to);

6. Construction machinery and equipment;

7. Quality assurance measures;

8, time limit for a project guarantee measures;

9, safety construction measures to submit the answer

10, civilized construction measures.
