"Although psychotherapists are sometimes considered as" doctors who care about problems ","solving problems "is by no means what psychotherapists should do-at least not in most cases. ~ ~ This attempt to solve the problem may be driven by the narcissistic ambition of the therapist; Soothe the anxiety of visitors, thus alleviating their inner anxiety about being sent; Consultation is a process that needs to fully understand the information collected from visitors, and the same reason needs to be immersed in this tool. I think it is physical and mental or emotional, and it is the psychological counselor's sense of existence and connection, rather than the rather cold and neutral context I understood before. Or similar to the feeling that a consultant tries on his own feet for a visitor. And this seems to be a deep sight and invisible touch. I remember giving a meditation teaching assistant a flower-intensive treatment before, and the feedback after the treatment was that she felt my peace in the process, but lacked a sense of connection. I didn't quite understand the meaning of this sense of connection at that time. Until nearly a year passed, I began to explore many depressed negative emotions and imbecility. I have a connection with this part of myself, from resisting to slowly accepting the content, just as I saw it with my hands, instead of blindly avoiding alienation and ignoring or trying to change and save myself. Let it go, like this, let go of resistance, and this process is very difficult and painful. But it is this process that gives me strength. Until a while ago, when I was doing flower healing for myself, I suddenly didn't meditate on healing words, but experienced a sense of energy completely quietly. At that moment, I realized the calm and quiet embrace of the healer. This physical experience was fortunately given to me during the healing process.
"Sometimes visitors will ask the therapist to take some measures to help him deal with the emergency pain in the chief complaint, but the therapist can't take responsibility and take action in a hurry. He must convey to the visitors that the therapist's primary consideration must be different from the visitors' opinions, and the fear that the visitors will react negatively to this truth actually reflects the therapist's fear of contact disappointment. " ~ ~ ~ This kind of attempt to solve the problem or rationalization proposal often shows the ambiguity of the consultant himself. The consultation process requires the consultant to have a global awareness and a clear sense of direction, and a lot of analysis and judgment need to be handled and completed internally. Trying to help visitors put forward suggestions or measures also means that they may be led by the nose by visitors' questions. Be aware of this. Fear of contact disappointment may make us unconsciously shoulder this responsibility.
