Introduction of Binder expressway

Binde Expressway, numbered as Lu Expressway S 12 in Shandong Province, starts at the intersection of the expressway east of Dengwang Village in Zhanhua County, Binzhou City and Jinshan Expressway, and ends at Deheng Expressway, passing through three counties of Zhanhua, Wudi and Yangxin in Binzhou City and six counties (cities, districts) of Qingyun, Leling, Ningjin, Lingxian, Economic Development Zone and Decheng District in Dezhou City.
