Required materials
Project 1: One-time digital certificate processing
_ Original or photocopy of the practice license (the photocopy needs to be stamped with the official seal of the unit)
_ Original or photocopy of the valid ID card of the legal representative (the photocopy indicates the mobile phone number of the legal representative and is stamped with the official seal of the company) Note: If you don't bring the original legal person certificate, you will be sent the certificate password of the business you handle by bank transfer.
_ Original valid identity certificate of the handler
_ "Power of Attorney of Legal Person" shall be signed by the legal person and stamped with the official seal (not required when the legal person is present).
_ Certificate fee: 180 yuan/set.
Item 2: Binding the lawyer management system
_ Power of Attorney (the company entrusts an individual with the official seal of the company)
_ Original and photocopy of the ID card of the agent.
_ Original and photocopy of practice license of law firm; Companies and public lawyers shall submit copies of business licenses or certificates of unified social credit codes and affix their official seals.
_ Print receipts for financial registration and personnel files (companies and public lawyers are not required to submit them)

_ Beijing Yizheng Digital Certificate
Item 3: 1. Rebinding of Zheng Tong Digital Certificate.
_ When the digital certificate of Beijing One-Card is lost or damaged, the one-card acceptance point will return the original retained by the applicant to the unit.
_ Original and photocopy of the ID card of the unit manager who applies for binding change (the photocopy needs to be stamped with the official seal of the unit)
_ A copy of the power of attorney issued by the unit applying for binding change. The power of attorney must be filled in by the individual entrusted by the unit and stamped with the official seal of the unit, and marked with the old card number and the new card number.
_ Original and photocopy of the practice license of the unit applying for binding change (the photocopy needs to be stamped with the official seal of the unit)
_ reissue the digital certificate of Beijing One Card.
Special tips
The one-stop processing window of "One Certificate Pass" of the Municipal Lawyers Association is only open at a fixed time every Friday, and can be handled at other outlets at other times. The original "binding" and "rebinding" items are not affected, and will be handled as usual from Monday to Thursday.
