Training objectives: This major trains professionals with basic theories, basic knowledge, basic skills and knowledge and ability related to pharmacy and traditional Chinese medicine, who can engage in standardized production and identification of traditional Chinese medicine, processing and preparation of traditional Chinese medicine, quality and analysis of traditional Chinese medicine, pharmacology and safety evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine, production, inspection, circulation, use and development of traditional Chinese medicine and other fields for clinical rational drug use.
Training requirements: Students in this major mainly study traditional Chinese medicine and its related basic theories and knowledge, receive basic training in traditional Chinese medicine, and have the basic abilities of Chinese medicine identification, Chinese medicine processing, Chinese medicine pharmacy, Chinese medicine quality control and safety evaluation, guiding clinical rational drug use and developing new Chinese medicine.
