According to the type of U-Shield certificate, please click the corresponding certificate to drive the operation (or save it locally before the operation). Step 3: Install the ICBC root certificate. If it is your first time to log in to personal online banking, there will be computers from "PersonalICBC CA", "ICBC Root? Step 4: Download the personal customer certificate information. Please log in to personal online banking, enter "Security Center -U Shield Management" and download your personal customer certificate information to U Shield in the column of "U Shield Self-download".
Note: In order to ensure the normal use of personal online banking, we suggest using Windows2000(SP4) and IE6.0(SP 1) and adjusting the computer screen resolution to 1024×768 or above.
