1, online declaration
(1) Registration: With the user account and password provided by Suzhou Talent Center, log on to the official website talent introduction declaration platform of Suzhou Talent Service Center to declare.
(2) Fill in personal information: truthfully fill in the application information item by item according to the system prompts.
(3) Upload application materials: upload clear, true and effective application materials item by item according to the system prompts. Note: When uploading the application materials, please upload the commitment letter of the applicant for talent settlement and the personal commitment letter of the applicant for talent introduction and settlement (you can download it yourself in the form download area of my website).
2. Preliminary review: conduct preliminary review of the applicant's application information and uploaded materials, and feedback preliminary review opinions.
3. Document review
(1) If the file is not in Suzhou Talent Center, it needs to be transferred from other file storage institutions. After passing the preliminary examination, you can self-print the online self-service printout containing the electronic seal and verification code on the declaration platform, and our center official website can verify the authenticity. Please contact the organization where the original file is located before printing. If the other party does not accept self-service printing, please bring your resident ID card to our center (No.288 Ganjiang West Road) 1-4 window to print the file transfer letter.
(2) If the file is in our center, directly review it. (If the key materials such as student status are missing in the file, they should be filled up in time as required)

Step 5 publicize
Publicly declare the relevant situation of the settled object. The applicant carries out internal publicity, and Suzhou Talent Service Center carries out publicity through the website and accepts public supervision. The publicity period is not less than five working days, and the publicity period is not included in the processing time.
6. Original inspection
(1) The applicant shall carry the Registration Form of Suzhou Talent Introduction and Settlement in duplicate (printed on the talent introduction declaration platform, signed and sealed); Commitment letter of the applicant for talent settlement, personal commitment letter of the applicant for talent introduction and settlement, and internal publicity receipt of the person to be settled (downloaded from official website Form Download Area of Suzhou Talent Service Center, sealed by the company and signed by the legal person); Education (or professional title, skill) certificate, household registration, original settlement materials and other materials were uploaded to the service hall 1-4 window on the first floor of our center (No.288 Ganjiang West Road) for verification, and I signed the Notice of Talent Introduction and Settlement (Public Security Edition) on the spot.
(2) If the archival materials are incomplete, it is also necessary to provide the Notice of Lack of Archival Materials and the Commitment Letter of Supplementary Archival Materials in triplicate (self-printed and signed and sealed on the talent introduction declaration platform).
7. Distribute settlement materials
Check the original, print and distribute the Registration Form for Transferred Personnel.
8. Go to the district public security bureau or administrative service center where the registered permanent residence is moved to apply for the certificate of quasi-immigration, then go to the public security organ where the registered permanent residence is moved to go through the formalities of emigration with the certificate of quasi-immigration, and then go to the police station where the registered permanent residence is moved to go through the formalities of emigration with the registration form of transferred permanent residence. The personnel whose registered permanent residence is affiliated to the talent service center in Suzhou can go through the formalities of personnel agency and registered permanent residence affiliation in turn after obtaining the number from the lobby on the first floor of Suzhou talent service center with the proof of household registration migration and other materials.
9. Graduates who have graduated from ordinary colleges and universities in urban areas and moved to the school for two years and meet the requirements for talent introduction are no longer required to move the applicant's household registration back to their original places before applying for settlement. You can go through the settlement formalities at the local police station with the materials such as Suzhou Talent Introduction and Settlement Notice and Household Registration Form.
