Haier desktop computer nationwide warranty. No matter where users buy and use this product in People's Republic of China (PRC) (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan), if there is a hardware failure within the warranty scope, please consult the local Haier 4006999999 call center, and you can get the on-site maintenance service of the nearest Haier authorized service provider with the warranty certificate and purchase invoice of this product. Free on-site maintenance during the warranty period; Users who choose to go home for maintenance outside the warranty period will be charged for transportation, service hours and spare parts costs (see Haier Computer Service Engineer's Charges for Paid Services). After the warranty period, if the user chooses to send it for repair, the door-to-door transportation fee can be exempted, and only the service time fee and spare parts cost fee can be charged.
2)7 days * 24 hours hotline service
Haier computer service provides 24-hour telephone hotline (telephone consultation/telephone ordering/telephone maintenance/telephone diagnosis) service every Monday to Sunday, 365 days a year.
3) Software maintenance service
When users encounter problems with the use of random software and pre-installed software, please call Haier's 400699999 service hotline first, or contact Haier computer authorized service provider, and users can get telephone consultation service. For software use problems that cannot be solved by telephone consultation, Haier Computer will provide software maintenance services for random software within three months from the date of purchase, and pre-installed software will provide software maintenance services within one year from the date of purchase. Haier computer service provider will restore the data of the machine to the factory state free of charge.

1) Free return or repair within seven days.
Within 7 days (including the 7th day) from the date of purchase of Haier notebook computer (subject to the effective purchase invoice date), if the computer host purchased by the user has performance failure listed in the national "Three Guarantees Regulations", the user can choose to return, exchange or repair it. If the user chooses to return the whole machine, he can refund the purchase price at one time according to the invoice price (that is, the effective purchase invoice price shall prevail, the same below).
2) Free replacement or maintenance within eight to fifteen days.
From the 8th day to15th day (including15th day) after the user purchased the Haier notebook computer, if the computer mainframe purchased by the user has a performance failure listed in the national "Three Guarantees Regulations", the user can choose to exchange or repair it. Users who choose to exchange goods can replace products with the same model and specifications or Haier computer products with performance not lower than the original products for free.
3) If the whole machine cannot be used normally after maintenance for more than two times in one year, it shall be replaced free of charge.
Within one year from the date of purchase of Haier notebook computer by users, if the computer mainframe purchased by users fails to work normally after two repairs, users can choose to replace the whole machine or repair the faulty parts. If users choose to replace the whole machine, they can replace Haier computer products with the same model and specifications or with performance not lower than the original products for free.
4) Warranty by category and service life.
From the date when users buy Haier notebook computer, the whole machine of this product is guaranteed for one year and the main parts are guaranteed for two years. After the warranty period expires, Haier will provide paid maintenance service according to Haier's computer paid service charging standard.

1)CRT monitors and LCD monitors are guaranteed free of charge for one year from the date of purchase;
2) The main components of CRT display (CRT picture tube, integrated block and line output) are guaranteed free of charge for three years from the date of purchase;
3) LCD LCD monitors are guaranteed free of charge for one year from the date of purchase, and the main components are guaranteed free of charge for one year from the date of purchase;
4) National warranty, on-site service and life-long maintenance

1) USB flash drives and MP3 products are guaranteed and replaced free of charge within three months from the date of purchase;
2) The main parts of USB flash drives and MP3 products are guaranteed free of charge within one year from the date of purchase by users;
3) The service mode of USB flash drive and MP3 products is to send the products to users for repair, that is, users need to send the products to purchasing dealers or designate Haier special service outlets for repair or replacement;
4) "Zero Waiting" service, that is, the user does not have to wait after being sent for repair within the warranty period, and the dealer or service provider should immediately come to the door for identification and repair or replacement for the user.
