1. If the applicant has his own property (including his own property in the name of himself, his spouse and minor children), he may apply to the Jie Zhen Human Resources Branch where his own property resides; If you don't have your own property, you can apply to Zhenjie Human Resources Branch where your work unit is located.
2. After the on-site audit, if the application materials are complete and meet the household conditions, the Dongguan Talent Household Card will be issued on the spot. If it cannot be audited on the spot, it shall inform the applicant in writing of the reasons and determine the audit results within 5 working days from the date of acceptance.
3. Transfer of personnel relations (files) Applicants who have obtained the qualification to enter the household may apply to the human resources department for the transfer of personnel relations (files) if they need to transfer personnel relations (files).
4. The applicant for household registration transfer can go to the household registration window of the Public Security Bureau (the police station under the jurisdiction of Guancheng and Humen Public Security Bureau) to go through the transfer formalities in registered permanent residence with the Dongguan talent household registration card and household registration materials within 6 months.
The public security department shall complete the examination within 15 working days from the date of accepting the application for household registration, and notify the applicant to receive the household registration certificate; If it is a one-stop migration of household registration in the province, the public security department will complete the review within 18 working days, and notify the applicant to go through the settlement procedures at the place of migration.
Failing to go through the formalities for entering the household within the time limit shall be deemed as giving up the qualification for entering the household.
Two, the applicant to apply for conditions to receive home, should submit the following basic information:
1. Applicant's resident ID card, household registration book and residence permit in Guangdong Province (the certificate of talent introduction issued by the enterprise is required for talent introduction, and the residence permit in Guangdong Province is not required).
2. Proof of employment and business in Dongguan.
(1) If an employee is employed, a labor contract or an employment contract of a public institution shall be provided, and the employer who signs the contract with the employee must register in Dongguan (the registration of the employer in Dongguan can be directly queried and audited through the information system);
(2) Engaged in non-profit social service activities and other forms of work in Dongguan, and provided the registration certificate of private non-enterprise units;
(3) If doing business, provide a copy of the business license of the establishment institution;
(4) Acting as an insurance salesman, by checking his participation in social endowment insurance in Dongguan, as the basis for his employment in Dongguan.
3. Basis for selecting materials:
(1) If you move into your own property (including your spouse and minor children), provide the house ownership certificate (if you have not applied for the house ownership certificate, provide the query results of the house registration information within the validity period);
(2) If you move into the property of other immediate family members (including parents, adult children, grandparents, grandparents) in the street of the work town, provide the property ownership certificate (or the query result of housing registration information) and the proof of immediate family members;
(3) If you move into the collective household of the work unit, provide a copy of the title page of the household registration book of the unit, and the unit agrees to enter the household (with the official seal of the unit);
(4) Collective households moving into new communities in Jie Zhen are exempt from this item.
