1. In the conceptual model of e-commerce, e-commerce entities, also known as e-commerce transaction subjects, refer to objective objects that can engage in e-commerce activities, which can be enterprises, banks, shops, government agencies, scientific research and education institutions and individuals.
2. Electronic market refers to the place where e-commerce transaction subjects engage in the exchange of goods and services. It is composed of all kinds of business participants, using all kinds of communication equipment and connected into a unified economic whole through the network;
3. Transaction refers to the contents of specific business activities such as inquiry, quotation, transfer payment, advertising, commodity transportation, etc.
Any transaction in e-commerce contains the following three basic "processes"
Namely, logistics, capital flow and information flow.
1. Material flow mainly refers to the distribution and transmission channels of goods and services. For most goods and services, logistics may still pass through traditional distribution channels; However, some goods and services can be delivered directly through network transmission, such as various electronic publications, information consulting services, valuable information, etc.
2. Capital flow mainly refers to the process of capital transfer, including payment, transfer and exchange. Information flow includes not only the provision of commodity information, promotion and marketing, technical support and after-sales service, but also business documents such as inquiry, quotation, payment notice and transfer notice, as well as the payment ability, payment reputation and intermediary reputation of the trading party.
For every e-commerce transaction subject, he is faced with an electronic market, and he must choose the content and object of the transaction through the electronic market. Therefore, the conceptual model of e-commerce can be abstractly described as the transaction relationship between each e-commerce transaction subject and the electronic market, as shown in Figure 2. 1.2.
