You can log in to mobile banking, select the debit card, current account or fixed account you want to inquire through the "Home-Account Management" function, enter the account details page, and click the card picture and eye icon on the right side of the account. If it is displayed as closed, some numbers of the account will be frozen. If the monitor is turned on, all accounts will be displayed, and the blue clickable font of "Copy Account" will appear. After clicking "Copy Account", you can paste it into the field of other function pages where you need to manually fill in the account number/card number, which improves the convenience of operation.
2. Please bring your valid ID card to the counter of Bank of China for inquiry.
