It's activated. Xiongshi Intercity Railway is an intercity railway built in Hebei Province, connecting xiong'an new area and the central and southern parts of Hebei Province. The line starts from Baoding East Station, passes through Baoding City and Shijiazhuang City, and ends at Luancheng Station. By September 22, 2022, Xiongshi Intercity Railway had started the preliminary work of the project and completed the feasibility study report. The draft outline of the 14th five-year plan for national economic and social development in Hebei Province is being studied and drafted.
