Speaking of many partners who have landed here, we should have a deep understanding, but there may be more partners still working hard. The first reason why I want to resign is salary. A while ago, a public examination for contract workers went to a provincial unit in Heilongjiang, saying that it would cost more than 3,000 a month after becoming a full member. This income level really challenges everyone's fantasy about the career of civil servants. With this money, I bought a car and a house a few years later, and my dream of reaching the peak of my life was instantly shattered.
Compared with those students who go to work in enterprises, the salary is as high as 56,000 yuan. I feel a sense of regret and regret. I can finally open the moonlight box and find that it is just an electronic watch that can adjust the time.
The second reason may be the job content.
Not to mention others, at least my own ideas about civil servants' work can participate in the decision-making research on major issues, and my words and deeds are related to local economic development and people's livelihood, full of sense of existence, pride and accomplishment. Or go deep into the grassroots, investigate the reality of people's livelihood, make suggestions for China policies, be adopted by leaders, and solve the problems faced by the masses.
But as a result, after entering the company, I found that what I did most was trivial things such as serving tea and delivering water, recording data, sorting materials, sorting documents and printing speeches. There is even no technical content at all, and it has nothing to do with the so-called decision-making on the tall. Like I'm in the Grain Bureau, maybe it's okay. Other grassroots window units, the endless mouths of the masses, full of troubles and miracles, doubt life every minute. It is even worse for those who go to the countryside to help the poor. They may not go back to the city once a month. They once dreamed of returning to the countryside with high-rise buildings, but when they really arrived in the village, they suddenly felt far away from the civilized world and missed the sauna in the city.
The seven aunts around you may really respect civil servants, but if they have something to do, such as asking you to talk to local leaders because there is too little demolition money at home, and their family members come to the station to find you to lead people, if you can't handle these "small things", then you are useless.
Most people may be small officials who have been writers all their lives. If you are at the grassroots level in a township, your only goal in the first half of your life may be to return to the city.
All these are not meant to add insult to injury to grass-roots civil servants. On the contrary, I still suggest that most people enter the system.
One or two years before I was admitted to the civil service, I had a strong impulse to resign, because the gap between reality and ideal was too big. Is reality wrong, or is our ideal wrong?
In most cases, our ideals are wrong. We think life is too simple, success is too easy, difficulties are too easy, and life is too beautiful. However, it never occurred to me that our own ability, perseverance and background resources are enough for those overbearing presidents and winners in life. The cruel reality tells us that it is not as excellent and indispensable as we thought.
Most of us are actually ordinary people.
Therefore, if you work in the post of civil servant for a long time, you will form a compromise and find a balance between the cruel reality and the idealistic fantasy when you were young.
We no longer worry about wages, but think about finding a better spouse or doing something else to subsidize the family. We no longer want to save people, but we can make a job based on doing what the leaders tell us, without mistakes, problems and responsibilities; We have stopped thinking about promoting to a higher position and getting rich, and we are ready to choose songs. We think more about driving somewhere to relax with friends or having a happy weekend with our family this weekend.
In real life, it is also true.
