Shaanxi National Higher Education Certification Acceptance Center is the institution responsible for carrying out higher education certification services in Shaanxi Province. It was authorized by the National College Students Information Consultation and Employment Guidance Center of the Ministry of Education and approved by the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education.
