Don't belong. Engineering refers to construction projects, including new construction, reconstruction and expansion of buildings and structures and their decoration, demolition and repair. Informatization projects belong to service projects. If the proportion of goods in information engineering exceeds 50%, the whole project is included in the category of goods, and if the proportion of services exceeds 50%, the whole project is included in the category of services. Therefore, the informatization project belongs to the project bidding.
