Historical Footprint of Luoyang City
Luoyang has long been the political, economic and cultural center of our country in history, and it is also a transportation hub with convenient roads. In the early years of the Western Zhou Dynasty, the first large-scale highway network was established in China, with Luoyang as the center and along the post road, which was as straight as an arrow and the farthest. Ban Gu wrote China's first dynastic history "Han Shu" here, and Sima Guang completed the historical masterpiece "Learning from the Same Resources" here. The famous seven sons of Jian 'an, seven sages of bamboo forest and twenty-four friends of Jingu once gathered here and wrote a colorful chapter. Zuo Si wrote a book "Sandu Fu", which once made Luoyang culture and Heluo civilization centered on Luoyang become an important part of Chinese civilization.
