(1) College degree or above in medicine and health;
(2) Technical secondary school degree or above in medicine and health, and engaged in related work for more than two years;
(3) Have a college degree or above in non-medical and health major, and have been engaged in relevant work for more than two years;
(4) Non-medical and health professional secondary school degree or above, engaged in related work for more than three years.
