School cooperation at Jacksonville State University

At present, our college is negotiating with Jacksonville State University, Alabama, USA to run a school with international exchange students. The basic model is 2+2, that is, freshmen and sophomores study in our college, and then go to Jacksonville State University for the next two years. After successful graduation, they can get a double bachelor's degree from our school and the school.

On the evening of April 14, our college held an international exchange student consultation meeting in the conference room. Several teachers from Jacksonville State University in the United States had a discussion with more than a dozen students who were willing to come to our college to study international exchange students, and answered all kinds of questions raised by the students about international exchange students, including the training mode, training objectives, tuition fees and living expenses during school. It is reported that although the work has not yet officially started, our hospital and school have preliminary intentions.

Jacksonville State University in Alabama, USA, is a well-known public institution with a history of 100 years. It was founded in Jacksonville, Alabama in the southern United States on 1883. There are nearly 10,000 students in school, including graduate students 1500. Students come from 50 States and more than 60 other countries, and international students account for about 3% of the total number of students.

Jacksonville State University has a beautiful educational environment and excellent teaching facilities. It is a comprehensive university with complete professional categories. The school consists of five colleges: College of Arts and Sciences, College of Business Administration, College of Education and Vocational Studies, College of Nursing and Health Sciences and College of Information Science. There is also an English language center and an environmental policy and information center dedicated to helping international students improve their English. Jacksonville State University was rated as one of the best universities in the southern United States by the authoritative American News and World Report magazine in 2008, among which education, nursing, business administration, business management and other majors are among the best in the United States.

Jacksonville is actually a university town, which is only about 100 miles away from Atlanta, the transportation hub and scientific research and business center in the southeastern United States. Alabama is located in the southeastern United States, surrounded by Tennessee, Mississippi, Georgia and Florida. Because of this important geographical location, Alabama has a mild climate all year round. It is hot in summer and mild in winter, but it is warm in spring and autumn, and there are colorful flowers and trees everywhere. The University of Alabama has two semesters a year, each semester 16 weeks. The annual autumn class begins at the end of August and ends in 12. The spring class starts in early June and ends in early May.
