Processing flow:

1, application

The applicant applies to the business window of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau in Area B of the Municipal Administrative Service Center and submits the application materials.

Step 2 accept

The acceptance personnel shall verify the application materials and make an acceptance decision on the spot.
