How about China Textile Information Center?

Introduction: China Textile Information Center, sponsored by the State Council State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and undertaken by China Textile Industry Federation, is the authoritative information consulting, research and service organization in the national textile industry and the largest comprehensive research and public service organization in the national textile industry. The center was born in the process of government institutional reform and national scientific research system reform. It was reorganized from the former China Textile Federation Information Center, China Textile Science and Technology Information Institute, China Textile Federation Textile Product Development Center and Statistics Center of the State Textile Industry Bureau. The center is co-located with the National Textile Product Development Center, and consists of China Textile Industry Federation Testing Center, China Textile Industry Federation Social Responsibility Office, Textile Industry Productivity Promotion Center, China Textile Engineering Society Secretariat and China Fashion Color Association Secretariat.
