Article 2 Fire technical service institutions refer to enterprises engaged in social fire technical service activities such as maintenance, inspection and fire safety assessment of fire facilities.
Fire technical service practitioners refer to registered fire engineers practicing in fire technical service institutions, and those who have obtained the professional qualification certificate of national fire facilities operators and engaged in fire technical service activities in fire technical service institutions.
Article 3 A fire-fighting technical service institution engaged in the maintenance and testing of fire-fighting facilities shall meet the following conditions:
(1) Enterprise legal person qualification;
(two) the construction area of the workplace is not less than 200 square meters;
(3) The basic equipment for fire-fighting technical services and the maintenance and testing equipment for fire-fighting facilities meet the requirements of Schedule 1 and Schedule 2;
(four) there are not less than two registered fire engineers, and the technical director of the enterprise is a first-class registered fire engineer;
(five) no less than six people have obtained the professional qualification certificate of the national fire control facility operators, including no less than two people with intermediate or above skill level;
(six) a sound quality management system.
Article 4 Fire technical service institutions engaged in fire safety assessment services shall meet the following conditions:
(1) enterprise legal person qualification;
(two) the construction area of the workplace is not less than 100 square meters;
(3) The basic fire technical service equipment and fire safety evaluation equipment meet the requirements of Schedule 1 and Schedule 3.
