For children, the elderly and other people who do not have smart phones or access to the Internet, relatives or community workers can make an appointment to register on their behalf;
People with mobility difficulties can check the "home nucleic acid sampling appointment" option on the appointment information submission page;
When submitting the reservation information, please select the district, street and community information according to the actual needs, and select the appropriate sampling place to make an appointment.
Fourth, matters needing attention
This is only an appointment registration exercise, and no actual nucleic acid sampling is organized;
This time, only ID card reservation registration is supported, and other documents are not supported for the time being;
Please fill in your personal information accurately, confirm the sampling point in time, and choose the appointment time reasonably;
