The difference between expert consultants and consulting experts

Responsibilities of expert consultants:

1. Keep good relationship with customers and candidates, be familiar with the trends of talent market, find and mine business information and expand business;

2. Fully communicate with customers, analyze job requirements, and provide some advice or guidance from customers;

3. Interview candidates according to customer needs through various channels and complete the interview;

4. Interview and select candidates, and recommend suitable candidates according to the needs and characteristics of customers;

5. Coordinate and arrange customer interviews, and solve the problems encountered in the interview process in time;

6. Coordinate salary negotiation and sign employment notice, and conduct detailed background investigation on candidates according to customer requirements;

7. Track the candidates before, during and after employment, and provide corresponding career development suggestions for the candidates.

Requirements:

1, male or female, full-time college degree or above;

2. Experience in headhunting, enterprise human resource management, sales, customer service or project management is preferred;

3. Have good language skills and communication and coordination skills;

4. Have good understanding ability, ability to analyze and solve problems and ability to withstand pressure;

5. Outgoing personality, strong sense of teamwork, proactive work, like challenging work, strong learning ability and strong purpose.

Responsibilities of consultants and experts

1. Lock the area in charge of customer management, pre-sales, IT planning and solution design;

2. Lead or participate in the research and refinement of the company's industry hotspots or customer cases, and deliver the research results of the company's solutions to customers synchronously according to business conditions, so as to promote business opportunities and customer management.

Qualifications:

1, with methods and routines to solve and analyze problems, and certain insight (industry, law and logic);

2. Strong research spirit;

3. Have a background in real estate industry and be familiar with software project operation;

4. Consulting background is preferred.
