(4) When discussing cases, teaching, teaching research and writing due to professional needs, information that may be used to distinguish helpers should be hidden.
(5) Psychological counselors shall designate appropriate places and personnel to keep the records, diagnoses, notes or doctor's orders of psychological counseling services, and shall be obliged to keep them confidential.
