What are the requirements for tobacco licensing?

According to Article 13 of Chapter II of the Measures for the Administration of Tobacco Monopoly Licenses, to apply for a tobacco monopoly retail license, the following conditions shall be met:

1. It has funds suitable for the retail business of tobacco products;

2. Having a fixed business place independent of the domicile;

3, in line with the requirements of the reasonable layout of local tobacco products retail outlets;

4. Other conditions stipulated by the State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau. At the same time, please consult the local tobacco monopoly administrative department when handling the tobacco monopoly retail license.
