Sintering plant is a factory that provides qualified ironmaking raw materials for ironmaking plant. The main products are sinter and pellets.
Ironmaking plant uses sinter, pellets, natural lump ore and coke provided by sintering plant to smelt qualified steelmaking pig iron (molten iron) in blast furnace. The main product is molten iron (steelmaking pig iron), and the by-products are: blast furnace slag, blast furnace gas, dust removal and so on.
Steel mills use the molten iron provided by ironworks to provide qualified billets to rolling mills through the processes of mixer and converter;
Steel mills use billets provided by steel mills to roll qualified rebar;
The power department mainly provides some energy media for the above four factories, including compressed air, water, oxygen, nitrogen and cold air.
Other service departments include: company office, enterprise management department, production technology department, finance department, sales department, supervision department, equipment operation department, quality assurance department, procurement and supply department, safety and environmental protection department, engineering department and property management center.
