Liaoning Personnel Testing Center is a public institution led by the Provincial Personnel Department. Its predecessor was the National Professional Title Examination Guidance Center of the Ministry of Personnel, which was established in June 1990+0 1.
The center is mainly responsible for the proposition, examination management and service of the civil service recruitment examination of the central state organs and the qualification examination of professional and technical personnel organized by the whole country.
Responsible for the national unified professional and technical qualification examination organized and implemented by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the professional (practicing) qualification examination of professional and technical personnel and the proposition, examination organization and management, examination information collection and data processing of professional and technical qualification examination related to professional and technical post evaluation and employment;
Compile relevant examination syllabus and teaching materials, and guide and coordinate the local implementation of examinations. It undertakes more than 20 policy examinations every year and provides examination services for hundreds of institutions.
