2. Responsible for the implementation and management of the project, formulate action plans, and ensure the timely and quality delivery of the project;
3. Responsible for product consulting services, including guiding and training customers to use the system, solving problems in customer use in time, and cooperating with the after-sales service team to communicate with customers;
4. Timely sort out customer needs and problems, and feed them back to the product, technology and testing team.
