What are the requirements of green building evaluation standards in Jiangsu Province for energy saving and energy utilization?

In order to implement the economic policy of saving resources and protecting the environment, promote sustainable development, standardize the evaluation of green buildings in Jiangsu Province, and formulate the evaluation standards of green buildings in Jiangsu Province. Evaluate the newly built, rebuilt and expanded residential buildings and public buildings (office buildings, shopping malls and hotel buildings) in Jiangsu Province. Among them, what are the requirements for energy saving and energy utilization in Jiangsu Province's green building evaluation standards? The following is a detailed introduction to the requirements of energy saving and energy utilization in Jiangsu Province's green building evaluation standards brought by the construction network for reference.

Ⅰ control term

The thermal design and HVAC design of residential buildings meet the requirements of energy-saving standards for residential buildings approved or filed by the state.

When the central air-conditioning system is adopted, the performance coefficient and energy efficiency ratio of the selected water chillers or unit air-conditioning units meet the relevant specified values in GB 50 189 Design Standard for Building Energy Efficiency.

Residential buildings with central heating or central air conditioning systems shall be equipped with room temperature adjustment and heat metering facilities.

According to the local climate and natural resources, make full use of renewable energy such as solar energy and geothermal energy. The use of renewable energy accounts for more than 5% of the total energy consumption of buildings.

Ⅱ general terms

Make use of the natural conditions of the site, reasonably design the architectural shape, orientation, floor distance and area ratio of window to wall, so that the house can get good sunshine, ventilation and lighting, and set up sunshade facilities as needed.

Select energy-efficient equipment and systems. The power consumption and heat transfer ratio of hot water circulating pump in central heating system, the power consumption per unit air volume of fan in central air conditioning system and the energy efficiency ratio of cold and hot water delivery meet the requirements of GB 50 189.

When the central air-conditioning system is adopted, the coefficient of performance and energy efficiency ratio of the selected chiller or unit air-conditioning unit are one grade higher than those specified in GB 50 189.

Lighting in public places and parts adopts accessories such as high-efficiency light source, high-efficiency lamps, low-loss ballasts, and other energy-saving control measures, and is set in areas with natural lighting or photoelectric control.

Residential buildings with central air conditioning system should be equipped with energy recovery system (device).

ⅲ optimal selection

The energy consumption of heating or air conditioning is not higher than 80% of the specified value of building energy efficiency standards approved or filed by the state.

The use of renewable energy accounts for more than 10% of the total building energy consumption.

In the planning, design and construction of buildings, solar energy utilization facilities are organically combined with buildings.
