If you can't watch it online, you can get traffic safety publicity and education materials or watch traffic safety publicity and education films at the registration point to improve traffic safety awareness.
3. Submit an application. According to the prompts, take photos of the uploaded ID card, car purchase invoice, vehicle certificate, 45-degree photo of the left front corner and 45-degree photo of the left rear corner of the electric bicycle, select relevant items in the system-generated electric bicycle business application form, and then confirm by electronic signature. To apply for a temporary license plate, you need to read and understand the contents of the electronic notice, check the prompt to confirm, and then submit the application for background review;
4. make an appointment to register. After the approval, the system will push the WeChat notification information, click the notification information, and the system will jump to the car inspection reservation interface to select the appointment time, place and license collection method;
5. Vehicle inspection. Bring relevant materials and electric bicycles, arrive at the registration point according to the appointment time, and the staff will inspect the vehicle. After passing the inspection, the owner pays the license fee online and then selects the number;
6. Get a license.
Car owners can choose to mail or collect their own license plates. If you choose postal service, the postal staff will deliver the driving license and license plate and install the license plate. If you choose to collect the license plate, after receiving the information notice that you can collect the license plate, the owner will go to the original registration point to collect the driving license and license plate, and the staff at the collection point will install the license plate.

Non-motor vehicles that should be registered according to law can only drive on the road after being registered by the traffic management department of the public security organ.
The types of non-motor vehicles that should be registered according to law shall be stipulated by the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government according to local actual conditions.
The size, mass, brakes, bells and night reflective devices of non-motor vehicles shall meet the technical standards for safety of non-motor vehicles.
