Interview Notes of Volunteers in Guangdong Museum

Some time ago, I participated in the 202 1 Guangdong Museum volunteer recruitment interview. I received a notice yesterday and the interview passed. Now I want to share some of my experiences with you.

Actually, the day of the interview was quite uneasy. I thought I was a volunteer to do good. Do I still need to go through five hurdles and kill six generals? It turns out that this is necessary.

I am in the afternoon. At noon, I wanted to go to the library next to me, and found many people standing at the door, all of whom came for an interview. After reading it, I really felt a sense of competition. A closer look shows that many of them are college students. Alas, young people are full of energy and enthusiasm.

It's almost time for my interview, so I'll go in and wait. I signed up for the history group, with a group of five people. I came to see about 20 groups in two days. There are also foreign language groups and propaganda groups, and many people are waiting for interviews there. I heard that more than 2,000 people signed up, and then more than 500 people were selected from their resumes to attend the interview.

The process of the history group is usually to explain the content to you half an hour in advance. You can check the expansion of the mobile phone and then explain the simulation for three minutes at the interview site. In fact, I expected our explanation group to simulate the explanation like this, but I was still a little nervous. It is necessary to look up information quickly and organize language memory silently.

During the interview, first introduce yourself, then simulate the explanation, and finally the interviewer asked several questions. Personally, I think my self-introduction should be sincere and concise. The interviewer has your resume in his hand, so there is no need to make a long speech or praise yourself. After all, it is easy to get up too high. In the simulation, I think the most important thing is not to stop and think that you have not repeated it well. This is very frustrating and does not require perfectionism. After all, this is the interview stage, and many people are explaining it for the first time. It is impossible to be perfect, just go smoothly. If you pursue details too much, it will affect the overall impression. Finally, when answering questions, be confident, friendly and smile. After all, it's for interviewing volunteers. What if there is no affinity? There is also to be concise. The interviewer is tired of interviewing so many people. Think about them. If you are wordy, they are impatient and embarrassed to interrupt you, so they can only secretly give you a low score in the grading project.

I have been doing well in the interview before, but I actually feel that I have done well this time, but I don't know whether I can be admitted in the end, because I am not sure about the admission ratio (finally, I personally estimate that the number of applicants is 40: 1, and the number of interviewees is about11), so I think the probability of success is 70-30. Actually, I'm looking forward to being chosen. After all, I can give myself a lot of exercise.

Therefore, in the past few days, waiting for the result, I feel uneasy. Actually, I'm not sure whether I can succeed or not. I can only see the final result. Finally, I found myself admitted, and I felt very happy.

But admission is actually only the second step, followed by training, internship, manuscript recitation, simulation and so on. So, there is still a long way to go, Xiu Yuan!
