2. Notice of pre-approval of business license or enterprise name;

3. The articles of association of the company and the capital verification report or financial audit report issued by the capital verification institution;

4. Certificate of use of business premises, list of office facilities and equipment, information management system, etc. , suitable for business;

5. Identification certificate of the legal representative;

6, labor dispatch management system, including labor contracts, labor remuneration, social insurance, working hours, rest and vacation, labor discipline and other rules and regulations involving the vital interests of workers; Sample labor dispatch agreement to be signed with the employing unit.

To engage in labor dispatch business, the following conditions shall be met:

(4) Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.

Engaged in labor dispatch business, it shall apply to the labor administrative department for administrative license according to law; If it is approved, it shall go through the corresponding company registration according to law. Without permission, no unit or individual may engage in labor dispatch business.
