A supervisor of the bidding administrative supervision department shall perform his supervisory duties according to law, and shall not engage in malpractices for selfish ends, abuse their powers or neglect their duties.

Four, supervisors in and out of the bid evaluation site should wear work cards. When entering the bid evaluation area, you should turn off the communication tools you carry with you and give them to the center staff for centralized custody.
5. Supervisors shall not use electronic network equipment for bid evaluation to contact with the outside world, transmit information such as leaked bid evaluation, or browse websites unrelated to work.
6. The supervisor should handle the complaints received in time, handle the emergencies in the process of bid evaluation in time and report to the relevant departments, and urge all parties to maintain the normal bid evaluation order.
