Article 1: About cold storage

Article 2: Term of Cooperation

Article 3: Service fee
3. 1 Party A shall pay Party B a subsidy for the use of cold storage according to the weight of the goods per ton/month, and the part less than one ton shall be counted as one ton.
3.2 If Party A needs to lease the whole warehouse (square area) due to the demand for goods, Party A shall negotiate with Party B and sign another cooperation agreement.
3. Party B shall invoice Party A for the refrigeration service fee and other expenses recognized by both parties before the end of this month, and Party A shall pay all the expenses incurred to Party B before the 20th of the next month after receiving the invoice.
Article 4: Cold storage management, cold storage related facilities and personnel safety.
4. 1 Party B shall be responsible for the daily management of the cold storage. ..
4.2 Relevant facilities and equipment of the cold storage shall be provided by Party B and maintained by Party B itself.
4.3 Party B shall be responsible for and undertake the safety of relevant management personnel in the cold storage.
Article 5: With regard to goods
5. 1 During the storage of the goods in Party B's cold storage, Party B shall ensure the safety of the goods.
5.2 Party A shall clearly inform Party B of the type, quantity and precautions of the food stored in Party B, otherwise Party B has the right to refuse the custody service.
5.3 Party A shall ensure that the goods are not dredged, toxic or harmful by the state. , abide by relevant laws and regulations, otherwise Party B has the right to refuse the service of the store, and all responsibilities arising therefrom shall be borne by Party A. ..
Article 6: Termination of the Agreement
If either party intends to terminate the agreement in advance, it shall be decided by both parties through friendly negotiation.
Article 7: Applicable law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of People's Republic of China (PRC) and interpreted in accordance with the laws of People's Republic of China (PRC).
Article 8: Other provisions
8. 1 For matters not covered in this agreement, a supplementary agreement can be signed separately through friendly negotiation between both parties.
