Chapter one? general rule
Rule number one In order to standardize the enrollment work and ensure the smooth enrollment of undergraduate and junior college students (vocational colleges) in Beijing Jiaotong University, the Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Provisions of the Ministry of Education on Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities, and in combination with the specific conditions of the school.
Rule number two School name: Beijing Jiaotong University (formerly Northern Jiaotong University). Address: Outside Xizhimen, Haidian District, Beijing. Higher authorities: People's Republic of China (PRC) and Ministry of Education. Nature of running a school: public general full-time key universities and "2 1 1 engineering" schools. The school has now formed a training system focusing on bachelor, master and doctor. Article 4? Beijing Jiaotong University has set up a leading group for enrollment work. According to the needs of the work, there are working groups for enrollment of special students, art enrollment, shift selection and enrollment supervision. , fully responsible for undergraduate and junior college (higher vocational) enrollment. The enrollment work leading group is headed by the vice president in charge, deputy secretary in charge of student work and secretary of the Disciplinary Committee as deputy heads, and the heads of relevant departments such as the Admissions and Employment Office, the Academic Affairs Office, the Student Affairs Office, the Disciplinary Committee and the Supervision Office are members.
Article 5? The Admissions and Employment Office of Beijing Jiaotong University has the Admissions Office as the permanent working body of the leading group for enrollment, which is responsible for the daily work of undergraduate and junior college (higher vocational) enrollment. Its duties are:

5. Coordinate and organize freshmen's physical examination and review;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the education authorities and schools.
Article 6? The enrollment of Beijing Jiaotong University is conducted under the supervision of the Discipline Inspection Commission and the Ministry of Supervision.

Chapter three? Enrollment plan and admission
Article 7? The enrollment work of Beijing Jiaotong University is conducted under the leadership of the Ministry of Education and under the unified organization of the enrollment committees of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), and the enrollment system stipulated by the Ministry of Education is "the school is responsible for enrollment supervision".
Article 8? The enrollment plan shall be subject to the announcement of the provincial enrollment institutions.
Article 9? According to the situation of students in each province, the proportion of enrollment is generally controlled within 105% of the number of local similar enrollment plans, and the highest is not more than 120%. The proportion of provinces and regions implementing parallel volunteer is within 102%.
Article 10? Candidates who have passed the examination of ideological, political and moral character and physical health status shall determine the major of admission on the basis of the results of investment, and refer to the results of college entrance examination and senior high school entrance examination of related subjects. Admission of eligible bonus items shall not exceed 20 points.
Article 11? According to the distribution of candidates' professional volunteers, the grade difference value is generally within 3-5 points. If the first major volunteer cannot be satisfied, the corresponding grade difference will be deducted, and the second major volunteer will be ranked, and so on. Candidates who can't meet the professional volunteers but obey the adjustment will be transferred to the majors that are not fully planned according to the ranking results. If the professional volunteers can't meet and don't obey the adjustment, they will be dismissed.
All candidates in Jiangsu province are required to set the selected subject of the academic proficiency test as physics, with one subject above A and the other subject above B+. For the candidates who enter the archives, according to the way of "scoring first and then grading", combined with other indicators such as candidates' professional willingness and comprehensive quality evaluation, the candidates' admission and major are decided. The ranking order is A+A+, A+A, AA, A+B+, AB+. Independent candidates who have been recognized by our school must meet the same performance conditions before they can enjoy the corresponding preferential treatment; According to the situation of students, the academic level of all kinds of special students can be reduced to AB.
Article 12? When the number of first-choice candidates applying for our school is insufficient, non-first-choice candidates who have undergone professional adjustment will be accepted in turn. For several provinces and autonomous regions that volunteer to file at the same time, a voluntary score will be set according to the scores of each province, and the voluntary score is generally between 40 and 60 points.
Thirteenth special requirements of some majors:
1. According to the professional setting and training requirements of the school, English, communication, art design, software engineering and all higher vocational majors only teach English, and other majors are not limited to foreign languages. English, software engineering and communication majors require that the scores of college entrance examination in English subjects should reach more than two-thirds of full marks in principle; Candidates who apply for English and communication majors must also participate in the oral English test organized by local enrollment institutions according to the requirements of this province.
2. Architecture needs a certain artistic foundation. In areas where local enrollment institutions organize freehand drawing exams, candidates need to have freehand drawing exam results. Freshmen have to take an art exam after entering school, and those who fail will be transferred to civil engineering or environmental engineering.
3. There are only volunteer candidates in the science experimental class, and the scores of candidates should be higher than the lowest score of our school 100%.
Fourteenth to apply for art design major, you need to obtain the certificate from our school on the basis of passing the unified examination of art majors in this province. At the time of admission, all candidates who have obtained the professional examination certificate of our school and whose college entrance examination scores have reached the provincial control line will be adjusted. According to the announcement plan, the scores of candidates and the scores of professional examinations in our school are added at 6: 4, and then sorted from high scores to low scores (arts and sciences line up together), and the best candidates are selected with reference to English scores. In principle, the English score is required to be above 75 (150), which will be adjusted according to the actual scores of candidates when enrolling students. Priority is given to the first volunteer candidate. When the number of volunteer students is insufficient, non-volunteer candidates will be admitted in turn. The art re-examination will be conducted at the time of admission. Anyone who finds cheating in the vocational qualification examination will be disqualified and returned to the source.
Fifteenth physical examination standards refer to the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health, the China Disabled Persons' Federation revised the "Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities" and related supplementary provisions. In addition, the art design major requires no color blindness and weak color; E-commerce, computer science and technology, communication engineering, electronic science and technology, and electrical information (including rail traction electrification) require color blindness; English majors require good physical appearance, clear speech and normal listening and speaking; Those who are color blind or can't accurately identify wires, keys, signal lights and geometric figures in any color of red, yellow, green, blue and purple can't apply for science experimental classes, automation (including railway signals), optical information science and technology and information security majors; Those who can't accurately identify the numbers and letters in any color of red, yellow, green, blue and purple on the display screen can't apply for software engineering and electrical information (including track traction electrification). Freshmen should have a physical examination after entering school. Those who do not meet the requirements or resort to deceit will be disqualified and returned to their places of origin.
Sixteenth national defense students only recruit fresh and English candidates. Candidates must pass the political examination, military examination and interview. National defense students enjoy the national defense scholarship paid by the army during their study at school, with a cost of 5,000 yuan per academic year.
Article 17? Except for national defense students, there is no male-female ratio limit for all majors.
Article 18? The ethnic class plan only recruits ethnic minority candidates. Candidates admitted to ethnic classes will be mixed with other students of this major after entering school, and students must return to this province for employment after graduation.
Nineteenth candidates who fill in the enterprise orientation must know the employment orientation policy and the requirements and procedures for signing the agreement from the orientation unit in advance. You must sign a directional employment agreement with the directional unit when you enter school, and go to the directional unit for employment after graduation. Students walking and self-selected enrollment shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and our school. For the independent candidates recognized by our university, when filling in the college entrance examination volunteers, we must fill in our university as the first batch of undergraduate volunteers, and the provinces that implement parallel volunteer must fill in our university as the first order in parallel volunteer.
Article 20? According to the spirit of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education, art and sports specialty students must pass the professional tests organized by schools and provincial enrollment institutions, obtain the qualification of specialty students and be publicized by local enrollment institutions. The scope of admission and demotion shall be implemented according to the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education, and the agreement signed between the school and the candidates shall prevail.

Article 21? All freshmen are enrolled in the main campus and the east campus of the school. Article 22? All freshmen in higher vocational colleges study and live in our higher vocational and technical college. Among them, the major of urban traffic and tourism English is Qinghe Vocational and Technical College of Beijing Jiaotong University (in the Party School of Beijing Qinghe Bus Group); The majors of highway transportation and management, high-grade highway maintenance and management, road and bridge engineering technology, computer network technology and legal affairs are in Yanjiao Vocational and Technical College of Beijing Jiaotong University (in the courtyard of Management Cadre College of Beijing East Yanjiao Ministry of Communications).
Article 23? Tuition standard of higher vocational education: Tourism English is 7500 yuan per academic year, and other majors are 6000 yuan per academic year. Accommodation: 750 yuan or 850 yuan per academic year, depending on the accommodation conditions.
Article 24? According to the relevant documents of Beijing, all students admitted to higher vocational colleges in our college will not move their registered permanent residence. Freshmen's household registration "rural to non-rural" shall be handled according to the relevant documents of the candidate's location.
Article 25? The school has a perfect scholarship mechanism.
