How to communicate with parents to realize family education?

There are many ways for teachers to communicate with their parents, such as home visits, telephone calls, or using the time of parent-teacher conferences to exchange some common questions. As long as you communicate your child's situation carefully, every parent will accept it. When communicating, we should understand and affirm the advantages of children, and pay attention to speaking skills where children have shortcomings, so that parents can feel that teachers really want to help their children improve, rather than looking for parents to criticize them. Because the child is still growing, it is still uncertain. You can suggest the direction of your child's efforts and put forward some good suggestions for parents to think about. Only in this way can family education and school education be better combined, the cooperation of parents will undoubtedly improve the quality of education and teaching, and the effectiveness of teachers' work will also be highlighted. The following is my experience and understanding since I entered the teaching post (many of them are from the experience of other leaders and teachers).

1. Respect the awareness of parents.

Respecting the parents of students is the first condition to deal with the relationship between teachers and parents of students. We should respect the personality of students' parents and don't say anything that insults their personality. Now I want to talk about my own views on the issue of "inviting parents to communicate with students at school". In any case, parents should take the initiative to give up their seats and pour water, especially when students make mistakes and ask parents to come to school.

2. Contact and communicate with parents with rational consciousness.

Communication with parents of students should avoid randomness and emotionality. Before talking with parents, we should think carefully about the theme and purpose of meeting parents, pay attention to collecting students' information from all aspects, design how to cut into the theme and end the conversation with parents, talk about students' advantages and problems, sum up whether our methods are appropriate during the conversation, consider how to feed back the situation of meeting parents to students and other teachers, and finally think about the aspects that need to be improved and paid attention to when talking with parents in the future.

No matter how the students perform, we should first talk about the three advantages of the students. As the saying goes, "a dragon gives birth to a dragon, and a phoenix gives birth to a phoenix", the parents of any student will like others to say that their children are good, and a few compliments will narrow the distance with their parents.

Children's growth is inseparable from good family education.

Because of you, our teaching and education work can be carried out smoothly. I believe that the parents' meeting will do well as always. Communicate with children more, encourage, praise and support children to participate in extracurricular activities that are beneficial to the body and mind, and enhance their self-confidence.

Sincere communication with students' parents and attention to communication methods and skills will certainly achieve better results and be conducive to students' development.
