Guizhou Rural Credit Cooperatives Union is a local financial institution established with the approval of China Banking Regulatory Commission and managed by the provincial people's government. With independent legal personality, authorized by the provincial government, it mainly performs the following duties:
(a) to urge rural credit cooperatives to implement the national financial policy and implement the work of supporting agriculture;
(two) to formulate the industry self-discipline management system and supervise the implementation;

(eleven) to participate in the capital market and raise funds for member associations;
(12) Handling or acting as an agent for our fund settlement business;
(thirteen) to provide information consulting services;
(fourteen) other functions and powers granted by the provincial people's government.
