Zhang Yan, CEO of Yiju Enterprise Group, believes that after the transaction scale of new commercial housing has reached 6,543.80 billion square meters for five consecutive years, the industry scale will probably fall below 6,543.80 billion square meters in 2022, and the industry scale will usher in a real turning point.

"All kinds of rescue policies in the property market can be said to be exhausted, but the promotion of sales is limited, and the downward trend of the market has not really been reversed." Zhangyan added.

Meng Xin believes that under optimistic expectation, the scale of market sales will increase slightly in the next step.

"From the perspective of recent policies, the financial pressure of some enterprises is expected to be alleviated, and the focus of the industry will shift to the sales side.
