Combined with their own work practice, actively provide effective, convenient and all-round notary legal services, and do their part for the all-round development of a legal society and a harmonious society. First, emancipate the mind and change ideas. I remember when I just switched from an office administrator to a notary assistant in the bidding department, I couldn't adapt to the fast pace of the business department and my work has been stagnant. Faced with this problem, I summed up the following shortcomings: 1, lack of service awareness, waiting for the parties to come to the door, no overall awareness, no sense of expansion. Notary service is considered to be repetitive and mechanical legal proof and cannot be developed. The idea of "waiting for others to find it" is more prominent and difficult to adapt to the current market competition system. 2. The learning depth is not enough. I am usually busy with applying for a certificate and do not participate in political study, so I can't accurately grasp the political direction; Business learning is not enough to improve business level; Without delving into theoretical research, it is impossible to solve the new problems of notarization with high-quality skills. In view of these problems, combined with Scientific Outlook on Development's study, I think we should start from the following aspects: First, establish a sense of active service; While doing a good job, actively strengthen exchanges with cooperative units. Under the guidance of Scientific Outlook on Development, strengthen service consciousness, strive for progress, pay attention to the accumulation of usual work experience, learn from the good experience of colleagues around, and effectively serve the people; Only by strengthening the consciousness of "service-oriented notarization", combining with the current style of service-oriented administrative organs, and putting notarization in an open social environment and an open mind to understand and operate, can we really promote the development of notarization. Second, strengthen business learning. There are clear requirements for the quality of notarization service and the number of applications, and we should constantly enhance market awareness and service awareness, especially make a fuss about tracking services, and make notarization work wider to achieve the effect of blooming on the surface. From the perspective of development, firmly establish the awareness of service-oriented notarization. At present, Nanjing Construction Engineering Trading Center is actively preparing to use the electronic aided bidding and evaluation system to realize the whole process of electronic bidding and evaluation. This is a new bidding method, which has never been encountered in previous notarization work, and there is basically no experience for reference. So how to effectively combine notarization with electronic bid evaluation process to ensure the fairness and justice of bidding work? This is in front of us, which is both an opportunity and a challenge. Under the guidance of department leaders and colleagues, according to the good experience accumulated in their usual work, find out the necessity of participating in electronic bid evaluation, such as: whether the tenderee and bidder log in to the information system before the time specified in the bidding documents; When bidding, if required, the bidder must go to the site; In the process of bid evaluation, we have made corresponding preparations for the emergence of the leaders of the bid evaluation committee, the records of the discussion of the judges in the process of bid evaluation, and whether the signatures (electronic seals) of the judges are true (that is, to verify the identity of the judges), so as to make suggestions for better bidding notarization. It has also been widely recognized by superior leaders and society. Under the guidance of scientific development, in order to further develop our own accreditation level, I personally think how to implement accreditation scientifically and effectively: 1. Quality awareness should be strengthened. The quality of notarization is the lifeline of notarization, and the credibility of notarization will be improved and the whole society will recognize notarization. We should not blindly emphasize that there are more certificates and more income, thus ignoring the quality of notarization. 2. Enhance the sense of responsibility. In the past, individual notary offices and notaries violated regulations, unfair competition and interest-driven led to a decline in the sense of notarization responsibility, which caused events with great social impact from time to time, restricted the exertion of notarization functions, damaged the reputation and image of notarization teams, and endangered the healthy development of notarization. Development is scientific development. Only under the guidance of Scientific Outlook on Development, the notary office can apply Scientific Outlook on Development to the practice of notarization, and it can develop better and faster. Without scientific development, we will lose our way.
